You trust is of the utmost importance to us. All personal data made available to Moody Monkey Records will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and with appropriate levels of security. The following statement provides an overview of which data is collected and for what purpose, the extent to which this data is made available to third parties, saved data, your right to the request of information, rectification and adjustment, blocking and deletion.

1. The collection and saving of data

When a website is visited, the browser sends basically all of the information about your chosen browser type and browser version, the operating system in use, the referrer URL, the IP address, the names of data, access status, the amount of data transferred, the date and the time of the server query.  This data cannot be attributed to people nor to other data sources and it is deleted again after being statistically evaluated. Personal data will only be used in relation to your order or through the registration of a customer account, which is voluntarily. After the contract has been concluded and the complete payment process has come to an end, your data will be blocked to prevent further use and will be erased at the end of regulations according to tax law and commercial law, provided that you have not agreed expressly the further use of your data. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can read these terms and conditions any time here.
This does not apply to the transfer of personal data to our service partners required for direct use in processing your order, including to our logistics partners. If we transfer your data for order processing purposes, the amount of data transferred will be kept to the minimum amount required for that purpose. You have a right to information about exactly what personal data is stored, and a right to correction, restriction and deletion of such data.

4. Your right to the request of information, rectification and adjustment, blocking and deletion

Personal data will only be used with your permission for the answering of queries, the processing of contracts and the technical administration and will remain inaccessible to third parties. The passing on and/or sale of personal information will not take place. The personal data provided to Moody Monkey Records will not be provided to any third parties without your prior consent. Even once granted, this permission may still be withdrawn at any time.
